HVARO CASE A#0002

Initial Report

At approximately 2138 hours on June 28, 1984, the Harbor View Anomalies Resolution Office (HVARO) intercepted an active 911 transmission originating from the Bucks family farm. The caller reported that the family patriarch, Mr. Stanley Bucks, had gone outside to investigate a neighboring residence after hearing repeated pleas for assistance. Midway through the call, a male voice consistent with Mr. Bucks was heard speaking from within the home. No further communication was received. Upon response and arrival at the location, HVPD discovered all 5 members of the Bucks family deceased. The circumstances surrounding their deaths remain under investigation.

Summary of Scene:
Upon arrival, responding agents found the interior of the residence severely compromised. Multiple structural failures were observed throughout the main level, support beams fractured, furniture overturned, and interior walls bearing impact damage indicative of a large-mass intrusion.

The western perimeter fence was discovered collapsed and trampled, consistent with the passage of a heavy bipedal organism. Oversized impressions were documented in the adjacent field; one sample was preserved as Footprint Cast #1A for comparative morphology analysis.

Within the dwelling, extensive biological material was present throughout multiple rooms. Preliminary examination confirms one fully intact body identified as Mr. Stanley Bucks. Partial remains attributed to four additional family members were recovered and are undergoing cataloging and forensic reconstruction.

Additional Findings

Initial entry yielded the following: all household members were found deceased . The deceased exhibit catastrophic traumatic damage consistent with an animal-like predatory event; injuries are not consistent with conventional tools or appliances. Entry points show significant structural failure and claw-like scratch patterns consistent with large appendages.  Photographs, trace samples (substance sample 7C), and footprint casts have been logged. Recommend expedited comparative analysis.

Jurisdictional Transfer Notice

Prior to the arrival of Harbor View Police Department personnel, HVARO Field Unit 3B assumed jurisdiction of the Bucks Farm investigation under Directive 12-7 (“Anomalous Event Protocol”). All scene documentation, evidence collection, and witness handling were conducted under federal oversight. As a result, no formal HVPD case number was issued, and no police correspondence appears in municipal archives. Local dispatch logs confirm that the original 911 call was terminated during interception by HVARO relay systems at approximately 2138 hours, June 28, 1984. This jurisdictional transfer remains the primary reason for the absence of standard HVPD reporting or follow-up documentation in public record.
